Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

A return is accepted only if the watch is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp at 03236648692 with clear photos or a short video of the product and your order number.

The watch must be in its original condition with the box, pouch, and warranty card.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the mistake was ours.
